David Todd
I have a proven track record of delivering results for private and public sector organisations. Over the last 10 years I have held the role of managing partner of a professional services organisation. During this time revenue increased 200%, alongside a 20% increase in profit margin. In addition, I led 100+ transformation projects focused on effective design, planning and execution of transformative change.
I achieved these results through expanding the range of offerings across the business, opening up new revenue streams and focusing on the nexus between people, process and technology – where truly transformative and sustainable improvement exists. I have deep expertise in using data to design and execute transformation projects, coupled with an ability to use 'storytelling' to ensure buy-in and ownership across stakeholders.
My key areas of expertise are process optimisation, automation, data and analytics, process simulation modelling and storytelling. This expertise coupled with a deep ability to work with others, means my work has resulted in significant improvements for my clients, including reducing waiting time for hospital services, improving profit margins for a pharmaceutical organisation and winning new business.
I'm a proven seller of consultancy services having personally sold over £10m. I've also supported my clients to win in excess of £250m of new business. I am a dedicated professional with a desire to achieve the best. I have extremely high standards and create environments for teams to excel.
Gina Todd
I founded an escape room business in 2017 and sold this before leaving Auckland to move to London. I'm now starting a new business venture, building and renovating content websites and continue to coach business owners.
As a coach/consultant I work with entrepreneurs to support business growth, generating ideas to increase profitability and improve business processes. I love small business and generating ideas to help business owners grow, find balance and build the life they love!
As founder & CEO of Escape HQ I was responsible for all aspects of the business including business set up, service and operations design, operations management, strategy, marketing and advertising, human resources, team management, sales targets, customer experience, game design, game build projects, stakeholder engagement and reporting.
As a qualified coach I an have experience coaching entrepreneurs to successfully grow their businesses and 10 years experience in the professional services and industry as a Chartered Accountant.
